A little boost... 

I've rarely had any issues with my hair and nails - I have no idea why, but my nails and hair are strong, thick. Good genes I suppose - because my diet is definitely not helped.

The 50ml of liquid isn't the most pleasant, but easily done. I took mine over two weeks and seen results within a week. I found the skin around my nails especially were looking so much better, my hangnails disappeared and my cuticles were looking so much better. 

I wish I could talk wonders about my hair, but my hair is always thick, long, and has always grown quickly, but for me the improvements with my nails were worthwhile - definitely.
