April Empties

Candles first this month, mixing things up lol

So this month I made my way through 45 tea lights, 6 wax melts, a next candle (not pictured), two ikea candles, Primark one and my Yankee in "Summer Scoop" (Post here)

What else can I say other than I love candles! :) The ikea ones really are fantastic for the price (£1)

Ok so my Stay Matte is a mess (I tried to repress it but it ended badly) But it's finished, there wasn't much left of it anyway, time for a change. I have replaced this with an Essence All about Matt.

Next was a teeny Estee Lauder Mascara, I loved the brush, but it's done now, into the land of empties. This has been replaced by my Benefit Bad Girl* Travel Size.

I didn't actually empty very much this month, but here is the 4 things I did manage to finish.

A bottle of nail varnish remover seems to last me forever, but somehow I made it to the end of this Sally Hansen one. I must admit I hate Acetone Free nail varnish remover, so I have no idea how I had the patience to finish this, but I did. I have replaced this with a boots one (with acetone)

The Gilette is mine. Yup. I use mens shaving foam. For some reason the girls ones really irritate my skin, and the boys doesn't. Plus for some reason the mens ones do tend to be cheaper too.

Last up was the end of my Garnier Shampoo & Conditioner. I have really been enjoying their Ultimate Blends formula recently, plus it always seems to be on offer just now, so it has been replaced by the blonde version.

Which things have you finished up this month? let me know in the comments below.

If you liked this post check out this one, my project pan for 2016.. see which things I have been aiming to finish this year.

*I was given this item in a goody bag for attending an event, you can view my post on it here.

  6. I never seem to light candles but I wish I was the kind of person that always had a candle burning, if you know what I mean? Using men's shaving cream is a great idea, I like most masculine scents anyway!

  11. Haha I burn candles away in like no time as well!! You should try the aussie shampoos. They might be a little bit more expensive then normal shampoos, but it's absolutely worth it :))
