Spectrum x Mean Girls Collection

The minute I seen these I knew I would just NEED to own them. They have been on my wish list since they first made their appearance all over Spectrum's social media. The fact that I love Spectrum already was just the icing on the cake.

The new Spectrum x Mean Girls collection features 10 brushes, and three different cases. The better, biggest most beautiful case is a burn book (and is an MUA's dream). It can hold SO many brushes. The second is a smaller burn book, but comes with the ten brushes. The third set is the brushes with a pink mesh case - no burn book (Pictured)

I loved the burn book, but I rarely take makeup out my house, so a case really isn't needed for me - as much as I really really wanted it - it would have been silly to buy it for display purposes only - so I opted to get the brushes only - because I will actually use them (If I can bring myself to get them dirty that is)

*I do own the 10 piece essential set and the 7 piece eye smokey sirens set already, so I thought I would highlight the brushes I will end up having 2-3 of, and ones which are new to me! 

A10: Feeling Fancy "Grool"

One of two highlight brushes in the set, this one is definitely for creating a more subtle look, I cannot wait to try this with a more shimmery highlighter.

This one is designed for packing on a lot of product. I cannot wait to try this one out, as I love the A06.

A17: Brow Love "She's A Life Ruiner" 

Got to love a brow brush, this is perfect for when I have just had my brows done and I am actually doing them!

B06: Blending Friend "You Go Glen Coco" 

The perfect blending Brush, blends and applies so beautifully, this is the perfect all rounder :)

A16: Cut Crease Police "Boo You Whore" 

I cannot wait to try this one, I have a Mac one really similar, and cannot wait to see how this one does! :)

A05: Blush Crush "You're Like Really Pretty" 

I have a few of these now, but they are the perfect size and shape for IG blog props.... so yeah... I cannot believe I just admitted that I don't use them lol.

C01: No#1 Fan "On Wednesday's We Wear Pink" 

It is so beautiful. I don't think I will ever be able to actually use it, but I am so happy to have it.

B01: In The Buff "She Doesn't Even Go Here" 

This is the foundation, buffing brush to the collection, I really love using this for the occasional day where I don't use my beauty blender.

A01: Brush Up "You Can Walk Home Bitches" 

The setting brush, I really like this brush - it is the perfect size for powdering your whole face quickly, without getting any in your hair lol

A21 Luxe Highlight "You Can't Sit With Us" 

I am so excited to try this one, I have been using a cheaper (rubbish) highlight brush whenever I want to pack on the product, so I am excited to see how this works out.
