October Empties

Another month, another empties post. Happy to say the end of a few make up items too, I seem to be finishing a lot all at once... which isn't so good for my bank balance - as it is often the perfect excuse to replace. Oops!

1. Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in "Chantilly" - I loved this concealer, so light and brightening for my pale skin, was my ultimate until the Naked Skin one... REPLACED with Urban Decay Naked Concealer

2. Seventeen Long Lash Mascara* - So cheap, yet so, so good. This is awesome stuff, was a little sad to see this turn into a gunky mess. But it really is fab! REPURCHASED.

3. Mum & Me Little Explorers Body Wash - AJ's. He loves this, he says it doesn't burn his eyes - which is a bonus for me too. Only downside is that he never seems to get to the end of the bottle without filling it with water somehow, but thats more of an issue with him than the product lol - REPURCHASED.

4. Batiste Dry Shampoo in "Tropical" - oldie yet a goodie, this is amazing stuff. I swear I must have gone through several hundreds of these in the past 10 years lol, I just feel like I can always rely on them, but I did decide to try something new... REPLACED with CoLab Paris

5. Clinique Liquid Facial Soap - This smells like baby soap... I'm not sure I am in love with the smell, but the results are good, It really does make my face feel super clean, cannot argue with that :) - REPURCHASED

6. Sainsbury's Cranberry Body Wash - For the price this is really good. It smells fab, but it doesn't linger too long. REPLACED with Original Source Mango.

CANDLES

Can you tell its Autumn? My melt choices have changed so much this month, I have gone from fruity scents to pumpkin spiced, coffee shop, home baking, gingerbready type smells, and I am completely loving it.

Which things have you used up this month? Any candles? Let me know in the comments below :)

I would LOVE it if you could follow me on Bloglovin' (I follow back too)

  1. I finished my Nars concealer this month too & will repurchase at some point but have a few others on the go at the minute. I never think to keep candle empties. What's a Scentsy? xx

  2. I love Original source shower gels, I couldn't find any other shower gel around the same price range that gives that amazing smell :) How long did you have that mascara?

  3. That's a great list of empties! I have yet to try the Nars concealer because I'm happy with my Maybelline FitMe.

  4. Omg that's a whooole lotta candles! I barely finish one candle in a month lol. Batiste is my fail safe dry shampoo too, I've gone through too many bottles to count. I don't think I've ever tried the tropical scent though-- I'll have to see if they sell it near me!

  5. You really go through a lot of candles. I've literally had the same candle for like 3 years now. I am more of a Febreeze plug in kind of girl though. I have heard so many good things about the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer. I do love the Urban Decay Naked Skin, but I have to try that one out too!

  6. The NARS concealer is an excellent one, and a great one to contour with and highlight cheekbones too.

I'll have to check out some of your other empties as many of these I haven't actually tried.

  7. I didn't really like the Nars concealer all that much, but I have heard endless amounts of praises for the UD concealer. I'm dying to try that one!

  8. I'm surprised that many bloggers replaced NARS concealer with UD Naked or Tarte ones. It's funny/sad. :)
I love batiste dry shampoo and I used so many bottles.

  12. NARS' Creamy Concealer has been a product I've been curious about for a while - I think we've both mentioned being very, very pale now and so when I'm next in need of a concealer, I may well give Chantilly a go! :)
