My Top 5: Purifying Masks!

My skin seems to never want to grow out of its oily teen status, so I thought I would embrace it and take the time to discuss my favourite clarifying masks which help unclog my pores, and minimise that oil production. 

1. Origins Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay* £22.00

I am loving the formula of this. The rose clay makes for a gentler approach to a clay mask, and I find myself reaching for this all the time. The texture of this is beautiful and really helps to add a little glow to my skin when it's feeling a bit dull.

I seem to find myself using this all the time. A traditional charcoal mask, it dries up beautifully and removes all the nasties from your pores. It smells fresh and soothing, I love how my skin feels after it's used - definitely a must if you have been wearing makeup all week. (Such a good price too!).

3. REN Clarimatte Invisible Pores Detox Mask £27.00

I love all the REN masks I have tried so far, but this clay one will really help to deal with the excess oil without drying out your skin too much. The airless pump is a dream too, makes so much less mess! My skin feels soft and smooth after this - and definitely less oily!

The majority of my skincare is now Pixi - and for good reasons too, their line up is just incredible. I love this as a quick pick me up. It dries down beautifully and smells incredible. I love how clear and soft my skin feels after too!

This is such a multi-tasker. The mix of clay and charcoal makes for a smoothing, clearing combination. This is the one I go for when my face is at it's worst. I find it helps to unclog pores and act as a reset. Definitely worthwhile picking up the next time you find yourself in M&S.
