First Impressions: Gatineau Skincare*

A first try of a different brand.

I am getting so obsessed with skincare now, and Gatineau was on my list to try for such a long time. They very kindly offered to send me some of their best sellers to try - and I have loved trying them out so far, they have been beautiful to use.

The Peeling Expert is my new in shower face scrub. I love using a scrub on my skin a couple of times a week just to rid any nasties and dry skin that might be on there. The formula is gentle for a scub, and has a moisturising base. The scent is definitely not unpleasant, but reminds me (strangely) of Gaviscon. It's odd, but hasn't put me off using it plenty over the past few weeks.

"This high-performance exfoliator is enriched with Bamboo Microgranules to effectively remove dead skin cells whilst refining the skin’s surface. Its non-irritating formula, blended with Vitamins E and F, is designed to encourage cellular renewal, smooth the appearance of lines and wrinkles and leave the skin radiant and luminous."

The High Hydration Cream Mask is something I have been enjoying too. I am loving hydrating masks at the moment, they are really helping my skin to feel more plump and feel way less worn out and wrinked.

"A luxurious, salon-grade formula with exclusive Osmaporine™ Technology to bring immediate relief to dehydrated skin. This powerful mask is enriched with Hyaluronic Acid and an Anti-oxidant Complex for long-lasting hydration and maximum protection against moisture loss.
Suitable for all skin types, especially dry/ dehydrated skin."

The Moisture Replenish Eye Roll On is my only eye cream at the moment, I have loved using the roller ball to easily apply product then tap on with my fingers. It is a joy to use and I can see my undereyes looking better from using it already. I love how much plumper they feel and look.

"Wake up tired eyes with our Moisture Replenish Eye Roll-on. Rich in Anti-oxidants, this cooling formula revives and refreshes eyes whilst Marine Extracts intensely hydrate. The roller-ball applicator gently massages the lotion into the delicate eye contour for an easy application every time. The light formula is effortlessly absorbed into skin allowing you to immediately apply make-up. Dark circles and puffiness are reduced leaving eyes looking bright and rested.
Suitable for all ages."

Overall, first impressions of Gatineau Skincare is really positive. I have loved using them and trying them, I know I will be wanting to try more soon too.
