The Sheeniest Lips Around

If you checked out this post from Friday (Go check it out if you haven't) I have been sent a whole load of lip goodies from M&S beauty to try out, this is #2 from the installment - the Lip Glosses.

Straight away when I see lip products like this, my first thought is "Well it isn't going to be that colour when you put it on".... oh boy was I wrong. These are without a doubt one of the most pigmented glossy products I have ever used. The pigment is seriously intense - and I am completely digging it.

The formula is comfortable, sticky but not too much, and lasts far longer than your average lipgloss, really lovely to use and wear.

My first impressions were of the wand to be honest, I was struggling to see how that shape would work applying the colour evenly - and more importantly mess free. I was shocked to see it is one of the best wands at applying products like this. The scoop size picks up product well from the tube, so you can apply it thickly for a fast, pigmented application - no building up needed. Or you can flip it and go for a more subtle look. The thin tip helps to apply product beautifully, and overall I am super impressed with the application aspect.

The colours are a dream too.

Ice is the perfect non coloured but shimmery gloss. Alone this is pretty, but on top of a matte lip this just looks incredible. high shine, looks thick - yet not, and completely comforable to wear. If you love a high shine, wet look lip this is the one for you.

Nude Pink is the peachy, pinky nude. This is my ideal everyday gloss shade. It has been the one I have reached for when I am in a hurry and running out the door. With a nude liner, this can be a beautiful statement, something different to your usual matte look.

Rose is my favourite by far, that shade? SWOON. So so pretty. I love it with whirl under it, that gorgeous bolder shiney lip. Yes yes yes.

Plum Shine is the pink offering, it is SO pigmented, the shine is gorgeous. I think I will be reaching for this constantly when summer comes around, the shade is perfect for those sunny days (Hopefully - Please Scotland)

Shades without liner, then with liner. Ice as a top coat for a bold lip.

Overall, I am really impressed with the formula, pigmentation and lasting power of these, they are comortable and easy to wear. I would definitely recommend these if you are looking for a new shine option to your stash.
