Back To Lush: Recycling Scheme + Mini Reviews

Did you know if you take 5 tubs of lush back you get a free fresh face mask? It's a definite perk of being a lush fanatic. I thought I would share with you what items I have used up, a mini review, and the new mask! :)

Oh my lord there is no better lush product than this. It smells like heaven, and will leave you smelling like it for HOURS after you shower. If you love the show fairy scent, and want it to hang around a bit longer - you need to try this one out. Oh and it also leaves your skin feeling super soft too!
Candy floss water sets the scene, evoking the excitement of enchanting fairgrounds and disappearing bites of sugary fluff. To enter this otherworldly carnival, you need only step into the shower. Smooth the rich, buttery conditioner over your entire body and as you do, you’ll rise above it all on a ferris wheel of saccharine, fairy tale sweetness. Organic cocoa butter, mango and avocado swirl together to hydrate and soften the skin. When you're ready, rinse off and return to earth.

Ro's Argan £16.95
This was the one product that got me really into the lush body conditioners, it smells incredible, and it just feels so so good on your skin. I suck at applying body moisturisers as much as you should (I hate the sticky feeling) so this removes the lazy factor I have around it, as you apply in the shower and wash off. This product was a total game changer for me - I love it!
Pick the finest rose absolute and rich brazil nut oil, entwined with cypress leaf and vanilla pod infusions. Exquisite beyond compare. Beautiful Damask roses fragrance the skin, while hand-churned shea butter from Ghana lavishes your body in luxury.

Gather a luxurious handful and sweep all over the body, then gently rinse and pat dry for sensationally soft skin.

Sumptuous, smooth conditioning is provided by marrying Brazil nut oil with opulent argan oil.
Damask rose petals are picked at dawn in Senir, Turkey, when their exquisite scent blooms strongest. The rose absolute and oil obtained from these petals soothes and calms skin.

Cupcake £7.50
This didn't smell as chocolaty as I thought it would - but I really loved the results. Helps to clear our more spot prone skin - perfect for teenage (and adult) breakouts.
Rhassoul mud, which is highly absorbent, works with cocoa powder to draw out all the dirt and impurities and give a deep cleanse. Fresh mint stimulates and tones the skin, whilst linseed and cocoa butter soften and moisturise. Smooth a generous layer of this mask onto your face and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.

Brazened Honey  £7.50
Just bare in mind this heats up. I didn't - then was horrified when it did - I can be so dumb about products sometimes! Other than the surprised burning sensation this was good, and I really enjoyed it once I knew what to expect! :)
Wake up your skin with this fresh face mask containing fresh fennel, ginger root, parsley and coriander to detox and stimulate. We use a sage, rosemary and juniperberry infusion with cardamom and clove bud oils for their antiseptic qualities, fresh lime juice to cleanse the skin and free range eggs, honey and almond oil to soothe and moisturise. Smooth a generous layer of this mask onto your face and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.

Don't Look At Me £7.50
Oh my goodness it is BLUE! This one I bought simply for the colour, it is vivid bright blue - but to be honest I didn't see much huge improvements in my skin after using it - so not sure it I would repurchase, but it was fun to use!
Well, hello, don't be shy. I caught you looking at my rich, exfoliating texture, filled with nourishing murumuru butter. I saw you checking out my ground rice. Let me assure you that I'm all substance: they've packed me full of zingy lemon juice to tone your complexion, Tunisian neroli to brighten and organic silken tofu to soften you up in all the right ways. A dash of rice syrup and grapefruit oil will have you coming back for more of my scrubby, softening skincare goodness. Smooth a rich layer of this vibrant blue mask over the skin and allow it to sink in for 10-15 minutes before gently removing with fresh water.

Cosmetic Warrior £7.50
I have been loving using this, the smell isn't the best - but the formula is really helping to make my skin feel super clean and soft, and that was well needed after this summer. This has been designed for makeup wearers, who suffer from blocked pores, it just helps to de-clog your skin as much as possible!
A gentle and balancing fresh face mask with antibacterial tea tree and fresh garlic working together to cleanse. Fresh green grapes clean and cool the skin, whilst free range eggs tighten its texture and antimicrobial honey leaves it soft and moisturised. Smooth a generous layer of this mask onto your face and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.
