February Favourites

Not going to lie, February has been pretty crap for me. With being ridiculously in at the start of the month with the tummy bug from hell, then my operation half way though, leaving me feeling like I had a cold for two months with a really sore nose (I had my adenoids out)

So, this month hasn't been the most fun for me, and my favourites really reflect this, I have been run down and feeling pretty pants, so here is the things I have been loving this month.

I just love this so much. Eye shadow that smells like chocolate, what more can a girl ask for? I did a full post on it, you can view that here :)

2. (Scottish) Tablet
Ok so I have been obsessed with tablet this month - until I made it and realised it was basically sugar... oops. But it is just way too good. But I have a sweet tooth... no wonder I love it...

3. Estee Lauder Day Wear (£42.00)
OK so usually I ignore skincare, I know I know, BAD. But this month my skin has been dying with being so run down, I was so dehydrated and my skin was crying. Breaking out in dry patches (which my skin never does) so I grabbed this sample size of Day Wear and I have been loving it since. Smells amazing, works beautifully.. cannot recommend enough :)

If you seen this haul, you would know I picked up the NARS sheer glow this month. The reasoning behind that was this is running out (to the point the pump no longer pumps anymore) But running out of this has really make me realise how much I love this. I will be taking a moment after this is finished. If you haven't tried it - you really should.

5. Claudalie Hand Cream (£12.00)
Being run down suck. I never use hand cream - ever. But this month my hands have become dry and horrible... so I am rocking my hand cream - even if I do feel like my gran. This one feels amazing and smells awesome too.

Again I never use lip balm as much as I should, but I seem to have used a good quarter of this over the past few weeks, can't see that changing, such a lovely lip balm, doesn't leave your lips sticky or shiney. Will be replacing this when it finishes!

This is without a doubt my all time favourite nail varnish. When you go for an op you need to remove any nail varnish I was pretty horrified - so silly but my nails are never naked, they always have polish on them, even if its chipped to hell. So the day after I got out, I was all set to paint my nails so I picked this - then fell in love with it all over again.

8. MAC Mehr  (£15.50)
Quickly becoming the one for me. Just so so beautiful. Can see my full post on it here.

9. The H&M Jumper (£10.00)
It's a rare occasion I buy clothes, but I was with my best friend in town earlier this month and seen this on sale. I have worn it since - to the point I am doubting it's cleanliness before it gets washed - it then goes straight back on again. It is so comfy and cosy - perfect for this time of year :)

10. TV.
This month we have been obsessing over suits which has just come back on. No words for how much I am looking forward to next week's episode. Those of you who haven't seen it - it is basically about a big hot shot lawyer Harvey who hires a guy called Mike who is one of these genius guys who has a photographic memory - but it not a lawyer, has never been to law school, and its all about them keeping that a secret and solving cases. With a whole load of drama in between.  Suits is available on Netflix.

11. RANDOM FAVOURITE
This month's random favourite is Adele at the Brits. She is AWESOME.

Which things have you been loving this month? Let me know in the comments below :)

  9. Soooo many pretty things!! Where to even start.... First of all the scent of the chocolate palettes is sooooooo lovely. I'm not even too much into chocolate but the scent is just yummy. The Mac studio fix fluid in probably my fave foundation ever. It's so perfect, I wore it on my wedding day and it was so amazing!
Mehr looks so pretty. I have to give it a proper look the next time I'm at a Mac counter :)
Loved this post, although sad to hear it wasn't the best of months. But guess what? Usually that means that you can't go any lower and the next one will be way better <3
