I spotted this a few weeks ago in TK Maxx, I picked it up a few times then put it back, eventually I was in store on Wednesday and seen it again - I decided to buy it - and I'm so glad I did!
It's beyond beautiful on the nails, I'm obsessed with this.. Definitely blue, but has a hint of purple in it, one of the better TK Maxx finds.
